hello,
i just bought a 2005 dodge ram 1500 pickup and it has about 50,000 miles...drives perfect.

i drive though every day like 100 total miles that include going to and coming from work.

my question is, besides changing the oil, checking tires and water...is there any other maintenance issues i should look into at this stage of the truck's life?

Did you get a manual with the truck? If so then just look in it for the different maintenance operations and the time intervals in which they should be performed. If you didn't get one with it you can get one off E-Bay. Thats where I had to get mine for my 05. BTW Welcome to DF!! And how bout some pics of your rig!!!

It's not a 4X4, sorry lol. It's automatic.

Change the plugs, the tranny fluid and filters. Change the diff fluids.
