Default nv3500 fluid change ?'s

I just drained and refilled my transmission w/ RP synchromax b/c I have heard good things about it here on the forum. This was so simple it makes me even more happy I have a manual. My mileage was only at about 27k but the fluid was very dirty, gray, and muddy looking and there was quite a bit of metal on the drain plug. Should I be concerned or just keep on driving it and changing the fluid every 30k?

I wouldn't worry about it. just keep your fluids changed like you said. I mean, what good is going to come from you worrying about it? If it goes out it goes out, right? As long as you do what you can by keeping the fluids changed then thats all you can do. ROCK ON!!!!

It depends on the tranny, automatics take more fluid and have filters that need to be replaced. Here is a link to decent priced RP ATF w/ free shipping http://www.americanmuscle.com/royal-...ion-fluid.html
