Looking at getting into a Dodge....
Hey i have a 04 4.7 L QCSB and it is very underpowered lol. Dont get the 4.7! get a hemi. I wish i couldve waited and baught a hemi. I do love my truck especially the interior with the leather and what not. But I hate the performance. From personal experiance it pulls fine from 40 to 60mph but from after 70 mph it crawls. Oh ya and i can feel every little hill im going up lol. i get about 13 mpg according to that thing above my mirror. You should just test drive both a 5.7 and a 4.7 L take them up a steep hill and gun it on the freeway. this is just my opinion on the 4.7 magnum. These our nice looking trucks!
Those prices seem a little high to me I just bought my 06 QCSB Hemi Sport a month ago for $14,250 and the guy gave me over blue book value on my trade in. It's a buyers market right now, look a little harder I think you can find a better deal on a hemi truck out there somewhere, I found mine at a small dealer through craigslist it was a real nice little dealer called Center Motors in Ross Ohio. I was also looking at an 07 for $18,000 but it was baby blue and I just couldn't settle for a color I really didn't like. The miles were a little higher on the 06 I bought than on the 07 (42k vs 25k) but the price was better and the color was much better,I'm glad I went with the 06. why spend all the $ on modding a 4.7 just to get it close to hemi power? Put that cash into a hemi and then you'll have really good power for your money.
I have an 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and I owe like 8k on it, I have dealers offering me only like 5-6k but then telling me they can't budge on their vehicle because they would be loosing money. Alot of BS, I guess I just gotta go in there and demand payoff on my jeep and offer them 20k all said and done? You think they would go for that?

My rule of thumb is all they can do is say no,right? I walked out of a dealer 3 times when I was buying my old 94 chevy but when all was said and done I got them down to $16,800 on a $21k asking price. Try the smaller dealers in the smaller towns they will often deal with you alot more than the big dealerships that have plenty of customers and don't need your buisness.
How about the Ram these folks have?

I have no idea how my interest rate or how long I can finance it for so I'd like to stay around 20k after my trade-in and taxes, etc.
Thanks
