Default Paint Question

I did a quick search on a paint question and didn't see what I wanted...so here it is: My 07 is Inferno Red Pearlcoat-code PRH. I wanted to paint my window vents and....I could not find any spray or touch up at any of the auto parts places, so I went to Finish-Master. The first bottle way way to dark so when I went back for more, I explained it to them. He gave me some powder (pearl maybe?) to add to it. I added a bunch and it still looks a shade too dark. The problem is that I am about out of paint and can't remember how much powder I added. Anybody have any ideas? I hate to take the truck and vents to a body shop. Sorry about rambleing, but I figured I would try to explain it all. Thanks

Wasn't the inferno red a 3 stage paint? If it is, that's probably why your having a hard time with it.

I'm not sure, I'm no body guy. I'll see what the dealer has to say
