I think he is implying the old cliche` that ''you get what you pay for''. We have seen what cheap kits can do but I will tell you this. I paid GOOD money for my HID kits and they are made over in China or Asia somewhere. They included the bulbs, ballast, resistors to trick the computer and a relay to stop the flickering. We all know that some cheap kits only come with bulbs and ballast and because there are no resistors and relats, guys get the ''Lamp Out'' on the dash and flickering. They usually have to go out and seperately purchase these things needed to resolved this. So IF these kits come with this then it is a good deal.

However, if they do come with this and still give the same issues as the traditional "cheap" kits then we all know no one will do business with them.

With all the HID kits I have seen being made overseas in the Asian markets, I am sure they are all being made by a few manufactures and relabled as it is being said. It is done the same way here in the US by many companies and its nothing new.

I was say MY 04 has 9007s in the headlights. I should have specified and clarified that. And again, I have bi-xenons and the high beam HID it nice to have but never used.

And DirtyDog, thats nice of you to offer your account to help everyone. But why so much free time on your hands bro? That doesnt sound good.

Weed. Unemployed, work has been super slow.... Going back to school this fall so I'm not really out there looking, just taking the summer off i suppose. No sense in getting a FT job to quit on another month besides, my side work when available makes good money. That's why my modding has halted right now. I'm awaiting some fundage.

I pulled the trigger on the fogs.

I am totally confused on what I want for my headlights though. Currently there are 2 seperate bulbs, One for Hi beam and one for Lo beam. I want to keep that configuration, Except I now want Hi beam to be both bulbs lit at the same time.

How do I accomplish this? Or should I just give up and buy more fogs? Is it possible to accomplish that with one ballast for both beams?

I see they sell 10000K kits. I heard those are illegal in some states and don't last as long. Can anyone tell me why?
