nope. definitely don't need a compressor. you will hardly ever change the setting as it is. get yourself one of those portable compressors you plug into the cig lighter ($20) or just stop by a gas station if you ever do some serious hauling.

That's the input I was looking for. Thanks brotha. I wasn't sure how often i'd be tending to it.

The shift **** in the 6 speed Dakotas and 1/2 ton Rams is held on by a long bolt that is hidden under the shift pattern. You need to pry the shift pattern plate up and it should be there smiling at you.

Thanks all, i do miss points,carbs, and adjustable linkage, might be showing my age but hell, simple is always better, but never got the fuel milage like i do with Black Beauty, like i said a very sincere thanks, love the site, glad i stumbled on it, remember, aint no power like mopar......lets remember our troops living and passed for with out them wed not have this site, God Bless the Troops, Brian Lee Bruggeman, Mopardad68
