And I dunno about the state your in but here in Missouri delers cannot sell a car that does not meet with state safety requirements unless its gonna be registured as a farm truck which means you cannot plate it. One of the dealers I repo for has Had a Dodge ram diesel (3rd gen body) and it had to be sent off to auction in another state because the bumper was over a foot above legal limit (the truck was sick looking though!).
