Default Opinions of Best Upgrades while changing timing chain

I just hit 100,000 miles, it is time to change my timing chain, water pump, all hoses, etc. I would prefer suggestions of what else I should go ahead and change while I have everything apart. My first concern is MPG, then power. I am easy on the pedal 95% of the time but when that 5% comes around, I want it to perform on the street and the mud. I also already have a T-stat I am going to change out. I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 4.7L Quad Cab 4x4 SLT. Already installed an AEM CAI and Magnaflow exhaust

Default Which CAM and why

Alright guys. CAM is a good idea. Lets be a little more specific. Which Brand CAM, size, etc. And is there anything else I should replace while I have everything apart.
