Angry Over Heating in my 1500

Ok heres the deal I was hauling hay about a month ago (bout 1400 bails) I noticed i was running hot. Then I noticed that I had a foamy "mess" blowing out of my radiator relief tube. BUT the oil is still dark. I did a radiator flush and changed the thermostat. Now it still randomly runs hot and seems to do it most when the AC is on high. Any suggestions?? Thank you for your time. PS it is a 4.7 v8 2 wheel drive

Air bubble? I think they're known for that.

Does it overheat while idling (sitting at a light) or all the time?

I had a simular problem one time. Mine would run hot (not hot enough to run out the overflow) wheather sitting still or driving, and then cool back off, then get hot again, then cool back off. If this is what yours is doing then you have a air bubble in the system. There is a DIY on burping the system.

the temp just goes up randomly there is no rime or reason to it. the only thing that seems to really effect it is having the AC on high.
