Default Leveling Kit for '04 1500 Laramie

I would like to bring the front end of my Ram up to be level with the rear. Is a leveling kit the answer? If so, where is the best place to purchase a leveling kit and what else would I need to do to get the best results?

K here is the word... By the way I have the same vehicle you do. I got a 1.5 inch leveling kit from www.suspensionconnection.com. It cost around $80 to buy, and cost me $100 to install (pretty hard you to install yourself) Then after you get it installed you will have to get a front end alignment. I just had mine installed yesterday and dont have the AFTER pics yet. By the way, you can't get anything bigger than 1.5 spacers because I am told you will never get it into alignment again. After it was installed you can definately notice a difference, but it doesnt LEVEL the front and back, but does look better... Will post again when i take a new pic, the pic below is the BEFORE.

Is your truck 4x4? if it is, that leveling kit wont work.

If it's a 1500 4x4 you will need to crank your torsion bars or buy new torsion keys. You should be able to find more about this by searching this forum. If you have a 1500 2X4, 2500 or 3500, you have coil springs instead of torsion bars.
