Called Dodge last Monday about my power steering pump and the service manager told me since I had it diagnosed at a dealership in WA state he would just order the part for me. I was told in WA that the part was on national backorder and wouldnt be available until mid Aug. So he calls me last Friday and says hey your pump is in and I have made you an appointment for Monday.

Sunday night I dropped her off at Dodge last night and get a call about 8 this morning and the service manager tells me "your pump is fine I can turn the wheel with one finger" I called bull**** and told him the pimp was bad and I had no reason to lie about it, its only a 1 1/2 old. I told him to drive it around the block and if the power steering worked like it should I would kiss his @ss (god I am glad the pump was bad). Dude calls me later in the afternoon and the pump was replaced and gosh darn it, it works.

Just thought I would tell someone.
