goodbye my fellow dodge rammers....
Wow.... um.... Ford.... sorry about your loss man... (I'm talking about your sanity). And that deal from Ford don't sound all that special at all. Up here in Canada the Government is covering 10k bux off the sticker price of a new vehicle RIGHT OFF THE TOP before the dealerships even begin to offer you any deals.... personally.... I'd never commit suicide like you're doing just because of high km's or a seemingly good deal....

It's all a matter of timing with the discounts... My 2008 QC SLT was knocked down from $36k to $20k when Dodge was unloading them last year. It's the same reason I jumped on my Charger SRT-8 a few years back - there was a small window where Dodge was offering cash back on the SRT's so I got out the door new for $37k when people had been paying $50k-60k with markup just a few months earlier.
How much you getting for the trade in? And yea, I don't like the new dodges. Personally I think the 06-08 rams are ugly with those buggy headlights but whatever. Dodge lost on the 09 design.
Well, good luck. My father just bought a '09 a few months ago. I despise the rear taillights. they are some ugly azz tailz. I'm not a fan to anything of them at all. The body is very plain and flat looking for me. The Superduty's look pretty sweet from the front corner shot with their overly chromed looks and side vents, but that's about it. Ford LOVES the plastic chrome. Iduno why. Kinda tacky looking if you ask me.
Good luck on doing any engine mods with Fords Modular engine design. It's a 3valve engine that uses a SOHC design. You gotta pull off the entire top of the motor off as well as everything off the front just to change 1 head gasket. They are smooth runners, but don't plan on adding cams...etc unless you plan to pay dearly! The newer F-150's have 6spd auto's.
