Lookin good. It looks like those beams have very little scatter at all which is a good thing with lights that bright.

 

anyone have a comparison with HID's in the 05 style headlight vs the 06 style?

 

Thanks guys. There is a little more scatter, but not really enough to notice unless you are looking for it. As far as the legal/illegal issue...there's a couple things in and outside of my truck that aren't exactly legal, so I'm sure that bright lights are the least of my worries. In a few more pay checks, 2 55w hell HIDs and possibly fog HID conversion.

 

Can someone point me to the legal/illegal thread? My wife hit a deer last week and I think that if I had HID's in the truck, she may have been able to see it and stop the crash. My 2008 300C has stock HID's. Not sure why they would be illegal in my truck.
