Yeah, I think the new Pioneer is a nice looking radio. My friend has the previous model, and from the pictures I've seen of the new model, I like the interface/software a lot better than his.

As for the DIN explanation, look at weedahoe's post, he explains it.

I have a Dual XDVD8281 double DIN touch screen for sale. I just ordered a brand new harness for it and am waiting for it to get here. HERE is a link to the specs for the HU. I wanting to see $225 shipped for it as this is what the guy Im getting it from owes me. If you are interested LMK. If you wanna see pics of the DD bezel I made then click on the link in my sig to my picture gallery.

The pioneer Avics are really nice (Z model). We just put one in our 2009 F-350. I really like how easy they are to get around on. If you don't care for Pioneer, then I would look at Eclipse units.

Pioneer deh6000-ub. This is what Im running. Seems to be a pretty nice deck so far. Been running for about 8 months now. Has the usb cable to run your ipod through the deck controls. Has many different settings to get the specific sound you are looking for. Comes recommended from me.

Did you modify the dash or is that an adaptor to use the double din?
