minimal, and only in the right conditions, but yes. its not worth $15, but if you go buy a 4.7KOhm resistor (for like 49 cents) its worth doing it yourself.

Don't do it, surprisingly the resistor in the box is not going to give you the 35mpg or the 100hp it claims .
