Default Body roll

So what causes Body Roll in these trucks. Im starting to get a little nervous with the way mine has been acting lately. I can reach through my window and grab the "Oh Sh*t" handle and give it a light pull and it makes the truck rock back and forth really easily.

I have a buddy who was having that problem with his 04 2wd hemi... I think it may be a 2wd problem due to lighter duty shocks.... I could be wrong as I know nothing about the 2wd suspension.... Anyway he welded cross members on his frame in the front and back... he also put a custom made stabilizer in the engine compartment works the same way as the ones that the imports use... keeps it from flexing. Looks like a flat or round bar with a rise in the middle bolts on the left and right side of the frame under neath the hood... I dont think there is one made for dodge or at least I havent found one... talk to them guys with srt-4's thats ur best bet

Yeah but I just put new shocks in a few months back. And even with the stock POS shocks that went out I didn't have this much of a rock to it. This isn't something that has been going on for a long period of time, mainly just the past week or so that it really gotten noticeable.

Haven't climbed under the truck to check anything out just yet. It will be on a lift this weekend when I get some other goodies installed so I can check that then I guess. Im just not liking how I can rock it so much so easily.

That's really one of my only complaints about these trucks, and that's there tendency to have body roll, and lack of stability on back roads. Honestly, I think it comes from the light-dutyness of the Rams. Everyone likes to pick on the Fords because they are slow, but Ford focused their energy on building a chassis that was meant to tow and haul as well as takes bumps like a dump-truck. Maybe Ford and Dodge can build a truck together; Dodge makes the drivetrain, and Ford designs the chassis..

A rear sway bar should fix you right up. Might be time for shocks.
