Should fit the airbox just fine like ramhunter1 said. You may need another coupler to get a good fit on the other end at the TB, and the hole for the IAT sensor might be on the wrong side so you would have extend the wire or plug the hole and drill another.

When your sitting still they will, but once you get moving it won't matter.

I had a 4" PVC pipe intake, but dumped it in favor of a 3.5" mandrel bent exhaust pipe. I even reused the hemi hat rubber doughnut to mount to the throttle body. Pics are in my gallery... https://dodgeforum.com/forum/members...ntake-mod.html

what is the difference between the intake setup on the 04 and an 07 ?
what modification would need to be done to make it work?

I don't think there is much of a difference if any. Everything should mount up fine, but keep in mind that the mounting bracket on the filter end of those intakes tends to break so you may have to fab up a new bracket.

I have one of these $30 cai and have had no problems with it. I kept the original filter for a while but eventually went to auto zone or o'reilly and bought an better one. I am going to build me a box to help isolate the filter from the rest of the engine and while i'm at it I'm going to make a jetstream scoop.
