Has anyone else had this problem its a 04 hemi QC. Sounds like it's coming from the passenger side in the dash. I took everything out of the glove box and I can still here it. Drove me nuts on my 10 hour road trip the other day. But on the other hand have to say I love the mileage and the way it handled on the trip. Thanks for any input.

 

Ive heard of that happening to the 03-05's but not why.

my 04 doesnt, but the 90 had a hellar amount of sqeeks in it, i remedied that when i replace the heater core and had to tighten everything back up on reassembly, with all the plastic im surprised more dont compain aobut the same thing, and by the way RMK is that the only Polaris sled uve got, ive got a 85 indy trail 440 F/C and am getting a 81 indy 500 liquid big block shortly, mopars and sledding seem to go together dont they tho specially Polarises

yes it is the only Polaris I have. I used to be a die hard Artic cat man until i bought my 900 now i'm a Polaris guy. I sounds like there is metal and plastic rubbing somewhere. I'm thinking I might just end up taking the entire dash off and put it back on and make sure everything is tight
