Everyone, please check out this site for help with weak AC problems, I just fixed my '06 Quad Cab, it was teh Re-Circ Door. These doors are made of plastic and they cannot withstand the torque from the DC servo motors. I am a novice and purchased the door and WOW! If I can do this, anybody can. The truck now blows massive air through the vents.....anyway, read his site, check out the customer reviews as well, e-mail Chris if you are not sure, he;s the best.

scarbrs I could only guess it would be covered. Although, you will just get the same OEM part which will probably go bad again. I would just go with the parts in the above link. Looks like a permanent fix to me!

It was the recirculation door and its being fixed under warranty.
I read about the metal doors it sounds great but i just paid for this dam warranty going to get the full use of it. Plus the qc has the seperate passenger and drive controls which you loose with the metal. kind of a draw back but warranty baby.
