I have the factory tow package but does that come with a cooler?if not do any of you guys have one and how did you/get someone to install it?

You didn't say which engine your truck has, however the Hemi comes standard with a transmission cooler, and if you have the factory towing package, regardless of which engine you have, it comes standard with a slightly larger tranny cooler. So, fear not, your tranny will be well cooled.
