Default help w raising front bumper

lastnight i parked way behind another truck in a neighborhood, i come outside to see my trucks been backed into and the entire bumper section is hanging around an inch and a half lower than the headlights. my question is how do i go about raising it back into factory position?

did the framing that the bumper bolts up to get bent? or did the bumpers point of connection to the frame get broken off? can you tell?

im not quite sure, i was planning on taking it off completely but am afraid it wont go back on due to the Ahole that backed into me. i dont think anything to do w the frame is bent, neither broken, just out of allignment or tweaked you could say, its somewhat sagging a little bit.

Yea go under the truck and there are 8 bolts attached to the frame.. undo them and relevel the bumper providing that nothings bent or broken.. cant imagine why it would just fall like that without something being messed up..
