they droped the price on the PW on e-bay but they will only sell it for 22k plus fees thats reserve. i have been talkin with the internet salsman

 

PW is worth more.... KBB is so screwed up it's useless...

And OE nobody said he should get a pw. The mega cab is clearly a better suit for his wants and needs. We're just trying to explain the fact that the pw is worth more than a brand new mc. It's value will also decrease A LOT slower than a mc.

for the price of the megacab, you miight as well go for a srt-10 Ram. They also have some that come in quad cab

It's not KBB that is screwed up, it's car stealerships.

They will tell you how KBB is phucked when you walk in to trade your truck in with a KBB value of like $15k and offer you $10k if your lucky.

Then, when looking to buy, they are real quick to throw the $15k KBB at you!!!

Although I agree, in the real world, KBB values are a bit exaggerated.

A couple of cases in point:

My Grand Cherokee Overland had a KBB retail value of $16,900 when I bought it a couple years ago and had no problem getting it for $11,250.

Last year when shopping my truck (with over $8k in mods) for a new CTD (yeah thought about looking when diesel fuel hit $6 a gallon and the dealers started discounting CTD's $10k or more), KBB showed my truck to be worth about $19k retail and I couldn't find a dealer anywhere willing to give me more than $14k for it...

and no SRT has to be 4x4 dude

 

what about a 09 crew cab? that has added room in the back. you can get them here new for like 20k
