Have a 04 Ram 2500, 4x4 with 116,000 cummins power. Recently it sounds like a bunch of birds underneath the fron end of my truck. Is there a lube point I'm missing?? Front ends fluid good along with the two grease fittings??

 

does it do it while 4wd engaged? have you checked you u-joints on front drive shaft?
