Default 2003 air bag light

Hi, new here. Battery voltage drain down (afterwards found my son-n-law played the stereo amp for hours with truck not running for extended period of time) and started troubleshooting why thinking there may be a problem. Disconnected the neg. Bat. cable and jumped between neg cable and battery with trouble light to maybe find a battery drain. Had a "very weak" trouble light glowing. Pull each fuse (one of many of all in box) one at a time looking for light to go out. Light never went out. Called local dealer and said the weak light glow was trickle voltage from the PCM. So I then was confident there was no short/battery drain as light never real glowed bright.
Recharged battery and drove truck 20 miles or so stopping and restarting a couple times. Then the "air bag" red light came on??? would this be due to the fuses were pulled and battery disconnected? hopefully thats all. Did not move or disconnect any wires.
Welcome reply as what the light represents regarding just removing fuses etc. Thanks

I wonder if the airbag light came on because the capacitor was discharged and hadn't recharged yet (don't let son-in-law near truck anymore).
