Default Leveling Kit plus Air Bags??

I would like to put the leveling kit in my pickup but I also want to put the air bags in the back for when I pull things. Has anyone ever done both. Does it drive or ride any different then stock?

The beauty of the air bags is that they retain the stock ride feel.

As far as the leveling goes, if you have keys it will stiffen the torsion bars up a tad, resulting in a slightly harsher ride.
If you have coils, a lot report anywhere from a slight shimmy to a complete "death wobble" from them. Others report no difference from stock at all...

i have an 06 ram qc i just recently added a 2.5" lift/leveling kit to mine and added firestone ride rite air bags. i put 17lbs. of air in the bags and from time to time it kind of feels like a 2500. with that much air the back end sits a little higher like a stock truck but the other day when i pulled a 12,000 trailer it leveled the truck out and it rode just fine. i'm very happy that i put the air bags w/ lift kit in. if you are going to put a lift kit in it would help if you had a buddy with a hoist. the air bags i put in myself it took about 1.5 hrs. super easy.
hope this helps
