Anyone know a way to stop the beep for having your door ajar. I have to close the door with the window down in 90 degree weather to listen to music or I'll go crazy from the beep. Its an 04 1500 reg cab 4.7L with manual locks and windows if that matters.

 

on my old dakota i just pulled out the buzzer, it looked like a big fuse... i just followed the sound. not sure if your truck is the same... but just follow the sound until you find that bugger

 

Its not a good idea to drive around with your door open.
