Everytime I enter my driveway or someones driveway and its a little hump or BIG. My front end on my driver side makes a weird knocking noise look something is loose or hitting something... Just wondering is it something I can tighten or I need to replace going under today after work... Just wanted some insight...

 

tie rod, ball joint. do a forum search on those two, you'll find lots of info.
