Hemi missing on the 7 cylinder

Why would my 2004 hemi 4x4 be missing on the 7th cylinder when it gets up to operating temperature? Where do I start looking for a fix? I have been to Dodge and one other shop and they couldn't figure it out and wanted to open up the top end...
