Worst case (3.55 gears) puts you around 7500 pound tow capacity. 3.92 gears should get you another 1000 pounds. I use the below link but it only goes up to 2006 models. I did compare with the 2009 models on the main dodge site and tow caps are about the same so you can assume 2008's are in that range as well.
As far as tongue weight, class III should be around 500 pounds and class IV hitches should be 1200 pounds. The tow package receiver hitch should be class IV. For your gears, check the glove box for a sticker that will list it. If that is not there, contact dodge (either a dealer or through the dodge website and ask for a "build sheet".

What about the 20 inch rims....did you take that into effect?

I just looked on the drivers door post....It said there that Max payload for my truck/including passangers, fuel....and i asume and weight from the trailer is 1250 lbs.
The dealer said I have 3.92 Gears...
What do you think of those numbers?

2003-2008 QCSB have GVWR of 14,000 with 3.92 gears/17" wheels/150lb driver. Curb weight is 5,350 WITHOUT driver.
1) Subtract 1,000lbs from GVWR for 20"
2) Subtract 1,000lbs from GVWR for 3.55 gears
Most trucks have a dec sticker inside the glovebox with the gears. Almost all 20" wheel packages came with 3.92 gears.....
So for the typical Hemi QCSB 20"/3.92 the tow rating is 7,650lbs (13,000 less 5,350 curb weight)
You MUST subtract from the GVWR for ANY equipment additions, cargo, and passenger weights above 150lbs so you can stay compliant with NTHSA rules.
