Default '05 Ram 1500 4x4- what's the best leveling kit?

I have a bone stock '05 dodge ram 1500 4x4 and i wanted to get a 2.5" leveling kit for it. I know this topic may have been beaten to death many times before this post, but i want to know what is the best kit to go with. I don't want to do anything radical just get the vehicle sitting level. I have been debating whether to go with a Readylift, Top Gunz Customz, or Truxxx leveling kit.

Also, is it preferrable to get a kit with shock relocation brackets? I am keeping the truck mainly stock for now, just want the right lift for the front torsions while retaining stock ride characteristics.

Thanks

IMO crank the bars yourself and use the money to buy new shocks instead
of that bull**** relocation brackets. If anything new shocks will improve
ride.

hemiguy is right, but at the same time crankin' the t-bars isnt for everyone. I cranked my torsion bars and the truck is nicely leveled (i got heavy duty springs in the rear though...) now but the ride is too stiff! I like having a stiff suspension just not that stiff...now my ball-joints are trashed because of it.

I almost want to install a levelling kit to get the stock ride back but then crank the bars a bit more for some additional lift and hope theres still enough inward adjustment on the upper control arms haha but we'll see...

A leveling kit (new torsion keys) achieves lift in the same fashion as cranking the bolts with stock keys in that they apply tension to the torsion bars. The only difference is that they are "keyed" at a slightly different angle to achieve a bit more lift.
The ride quality will stiffen or harshen up either way...

As long as the keys you buy are forged steel then you should be just fine. I bought some no name ones off ebay a couple years ago for $50 and have had no issues with them. Or like others have said, just crank them, get and alignment and see how she looks

If you buy a leveling kit that achieves the same lift that your T-bar crank did, your ball joints will get trashed again. Its not the method of lift, its the fact that its lifted. Those upper control arms dont leave you much room to work with.

z28skunk, you should know that going in.
