Need to know a few quite specific things
Hey guys. I'm new to the forums, but I actually do know quite alot. I drive an '07 Ram. As we all know, the V6 motor is basically the V8 missing 2 cylinders. This tells me that they share the same head design. I won't do anything to mess up my truck without actual proof that what I do will work. I was wondering if the valve and spring set for the 4.7 would fit on the V6. I want to build my motor. I'm going to port and polish the heads, custom cam, bore to 4.0, ross racing pistons, shorter connecting rods, lower compression ratio and a sts rear mount for a hemi to start, and that's just the motor. My eventual goal is to make a 400+ hp HEMI stomper just to prove these naysayers wrong. The other option is a head swap. I've looked this up, and Dodge, Mitsubishi, Hyundai and partners all get their newer model motor cores from the same company. I need to find out if a Hyumdai Genisis Head swap is possible. Then I could say goodbye to a lopey idle and hello to a smooth dual VVT dodge truck! Let me know what you think.

Hey! A reply! I just thought of another thing. Do you guys also know if the lower control arms of a newer model jeep will fit on the truck. I want to avoid a torsion bar suspension when I get the transfer case and front axles to do a 4WD setup.
