Brake issues

Hey all, I am having issues with the brakes on my '04 ram. The ABS light will be on from time to time from the start of the engine. If it is on the brakes are locked up. I can turn the truck off and restart it and the light is off and the brakes are dis-engaged. Wondering what this could be. Thanks for any help.
