How about this deal?
I've been looking at trading my truck, I found a 2007 1500 Big Horn 4X4 Hemi Quad Cab, power seat, infinity stereo, 20 inch wheels, factory Mopar stainless bars, towing package with reciever. The truck only has 14,000 miles and is certified with a 3 year 39K mile bumper to bumper and a 6 year 80k mile powertrain warranty. The price on that truck is 22,900.
The truck I have now that I would trade is a 2004 SLT quad cab 4X4 with a 4.7 with 64,000 miles. It has a tow package with a reciever and 3.92 gears. Not much more to it, it's in very good shape for a 5 year old truck, but does have a few dings. I talked them into giving me 12,600 for my 04, so basicly I could trade for $10,300 plus tax and license.
The good thing about the deal is that they will let me keep my topper and my Lund running boards for the new truck, and I can probably sell the factory Mopar bars for what it would cost me to paint the topper. In other words, I can switch my stuff from my old truck to the new one basicly for free.
Give me some advice, what do you guys think?

Certified with that low miles? That's what's attractive to me, I see them for around 20 also, but they typically have 30K miles and aren't certified.
Maybe I'm off base and it's not as good of a deal as I thought?

Honestly, if I was going to spend that much I'd spend a bit more and just get a brand new truck. Not worth getting used to me for that much when you can get a new nicely loaded truck for under $30 last time I checked.
