I just changed the plugs in my truck for the first time, 60,000mi on orig plugs. Not too bad I thought. But, The parts store didn't have the Champions in stock so I bought the Denso Platinum TTs. My question is the Champions that I took out were 12s, The Densos are 16s, Is this right?? Everywhere I've tried to cross-reference them don't list the TTs, only the reg Densos. But they are still 16s. Will these be too hot for a stock application??

 

I believe that our Hemi's have lots of problems with running Platinums???
Someone will chime in.
I have the NGK Iridiums and they have been great.

Just finished changing the plugs in the wifes Jeep too. They were also origional @54,000mi. All 8 plugs from mine and 6 from hers were supposed to be gapped @ .040. I checked them as I pulled them out and every one was burn down between .054 & .058.
