Is it legal??
Same as previously posted, just about anywhere, amber and clear are about the only legal aftermarket lights you can add to a vehicle. But, that only counts when the vehicle is in operation. And most are illegal to operate, not to have on the vehicle. If you're in your driveway or parked somewhere you can have anything you want. I have a 48" LED barlight on my roof, 12" LED in my windshield and LEDs behind my grille. If I want to turn them on and sit in my driveway all night long, there's nothing they can do. As soon as I pull onto the road, I can get a ticket for illegal use of an emergency light.

CT is one of the only states that blue is used for fire department use else blue is used for police. Personal vehicles run blue only - supposed to anyway in CT - permit required and signed via the fire chief.
CT runs red/blue/amber for police with red dominate.
Green is ems
Purple is funerals
amber/white tows and boy do they use them - cant see past them when running
