I am just about to purchase the Superchips Power Programmer but I am nervous about messing with my factory warranty. I know there is a setting on the programmer to set it back to stock, but being a computer person I am curious if there is a log anywhere to show the techs what was done. Will they be able to detect if I changed things and then changed them back?

Also did I see people saying something about making sure the computer in the truck has all the latest fixes/patches etc...? If so, how do I go about getting that up to date?
