How hard are fender flares to put on?

He wants to get those so when he gets his 305's he doesn't have the tires stickin out so damn far...

Fender flares are not hard at all just requires some slight drilling to put them on and bam finished but they do cost a pretty penny for nothing but plastic which is ridiculous and it would make it look even a little meaner
