Anyone in Orange County, NY that could help? And what parts will i need? Head Gaskets and new head studs? And should i copper gasket the studs? Im pretty sure my head will also need to be decked cause i think what caused this problem is when i blew my radiator and my truck overheated. My email is bauman43@me.com if anyone can send me some info on how to change the head gaskets. Hoping for this to not cost over $200.
I love your shoot from the hip diagnosis, you don't even know what the problem is yet and you're preparing a solution based off hearsay and assumptions. Slow down and focus on one thing at a time, a blown head gasket isn't that far fetched but barring an accurate diagnosis preparing to swap out the gasket already is just stupid.

If you are not firing all cyl, then too much fuel is a definite possibility.
Sorry, blue=oil (ever watch a NASCAR stocker blow up?) black=unburned fuel. White=water

He is simply going off the most common issue and general consensus of what white smoke is from and all the issues 4.7s have with them. Either way, we all will agree the smoke is from something getting in the conbustion chamber, being burned and exiting the engine. Whether it be oil or water, the engine needs to be broken down. While is is apart you are going to replace the head gaskets anyway as well as others.

Good look! Try gaping the plugs less to see if you can quick fix that miss firing.

Might want to take the straight pipes off. They are lowing your back pressure that your engine needs.
