Default Modifying 2004 Ram QC headlights

Hi,
today I was trying to modify my friend's 2004 Ram QC headlights. In Poland where I live I have to have rear fog light - so: I disconnected front fog lights at the bulbs, and connected the wire to rear fog light (I put it onto bumper - but it doesn't matter). Now, when I switch on fog lights, rear fog light is on - and that's OK.

Old bulbs had 60W, new 55W, but it shouldn't be the source of my problem.
Have you got any idea what can be wrong?
Regards,
Tom

Why not put the headlights back as they were and simply "jump" a wire from the headlight harness to the lower front fogs so that the lights can still be controlled from the switch but still provide power to the parking lights also?

It seems that FCM module needs to be replaced.

would it not be easier to just add a sepreate set of fogs to the rear on a switch, leave the front alone and call it a day?
