Default Superchips 3815 & Transmission

What are the benefits of the SC 3815 with the transmission. I've read that the 03 owners can clip a wire, and disable the communication from the PCM to the tranny, which in turn disables the torque management. I'm guessing the SC 3815 doesn't disable the torque management, but instead lessens it?

Also, does the SC 3815 do anything great for the 2nd gear prime issue? From what i understand, anytime you are in 2nd gear prime, you are doing some damage; however, i read in another forum that someone posted and stated that SC took care of this issue? If so, is this fixed in all the settings (performance, tow, 87 octane)

I cant speak on an 03 but in my 04 I can tell you it does shift more firm and has a snap bepending on the RPM at the time. It was certainly better than the stock setup. But look at the 3865 as it is supposed to do more and will also include the 93 tune soon.
