twink dont get me wrong your truck has been one of my favorite since you first painted it but i was wondering why fiberglass the pan in? why not have it welded in? also recon + a few other companies make plug and play smooth lights for the 06+ so you wont have to mess with the wiring or changing the compression tabs(i dont know what else to call them but the two things that hold the lights in with the screws) you could check ebay. disregard if you know this i am just trying to help. i cant wait to see the new look--mike

i chose fiberglass because i wanna do a mold, plus it was a bit cheaper and will flex.. i plan on customizing it a bit so it would be easier to cut and shape fiberglass then steel IMO. And the tail lights thanks for the heads up, i am gettin ebay ones

yah i was just wondering where he went to. hes in bc i think, Im almost 100% sure that rear bumper he took off his truck is now on mine!!
