Can you use dry ice on a dent like that?

Looks like the metal is stretched, but do try the dry ice method first.
Park the truck out in the sun on a hot sunny day. Asphalt parking lot works great. Let the whole truck heat up. Wear gloves and hold the dry ice to the metal. Hopefully if the metal is hot enough the sudden change in temperature will cause the metal to shrink and maybe pull that dent out. If not you can always pay $60.00 for a PDR job.

got to a shop that does paintless dent removal. I had one in the vendor of mine when I slipped. I think mine was like $75 to remove and he did it in like 30 mins..
