Default t56 magnun mated to 5.7 hemi

hi guys I'm currently trying to mate a 5.7 hemi with a t56 hemi but I have one last problem. I'm using a ram srt-10 master/slave cylinder and the line from that has a quick disconnect as an ending. The line from the throw out bearing has a male an-3 ending and I can't connect the two. The dealer doesn't have the other side of the disconnect so I don't know what to do? any ideas?

Is the line braided or solid?
Why can't you replace the line to have the proper fitting or see if you can find the other side of the disconnect and make up your own line for the other side?
If the fitting is holding you up, then you need to replace that fitting somehow. There are places all over that will make lines with any fitting your heart desires, you just have to know which one's you need. Replacing the QDisc. fitting with the proper AN fitting is your best bet.

I'd make a whole new line to bolt in if you could. I've had nothing but bad experiences with those "quick connects". Mostly on fords. I'm sure the dodge style is the same though. They tend to be more of a PITA than they're worth.

It sounds like he's doing an auto to stick conversion in a 1500 using stock SRT-10 parts (which is actually a good idea) but can't find this line between the master and slave cylinders. Can you make it a permanent line and do away with the quick disconnect? You might look into parts from a 2500, some of them came stock with 5.7 hemi/6 sp manual from the factory.

any T56 i ever came across was a 6spd.

Also, the stock 6spd in the 2500 are very sloppy. They are a truck tranny. The T56 is a racing tranny. very tight shifting.

He already said he was using a T56, I'm not suggesting he use the trans from a 2500, I'm suggesting he use the other parts that go with a manual trans installation to make his life a bit easier.
