Default 04 Ram 1500 electrical start up/keyless entry problem. Any help?

I have a 2004 Ram 1500 2WD QuadCab and my radio/clock resets everytime I turn the truck of. Also, my keyless entry will not work unless the key is in the ignition. I think it might be a problem with whatever recieves the frequency to un/lock the truck. It had an aftermarket six disc changer installed when I bought it, but I took that out and replaced the stock antenna back into the back of the radio. Any ideas on why the radio resets and my keyless entry stopped working? It all started after I took out that changer. Thanks!

i would check all your fuses first.

The radio has a constant power supply and an ignition supply. If the constant is wired to the ignition supply, this would not allow your memory to hold once power is turned off. Could also create problems with ignition control if the radio is shorting out.
Check fuses and then I would take the radio out and make sure all wires are were they belong.
Do you have a factory head unit?

Yes it is a stock head unit. It has one wire in back with tape around the end, like it was pulled out or something. When I took out the changer, there was some little antenna reciever which I removed and replaced with the stock antenna cable. That when it stopped working.
