Man, this is very strange. My check engine light came on two days ago also, and when I checked the error code, it's the same as yours. The stranger thing is that I too drive a 03 Ram 1500, QC, Hemi. I called the dealer about it because I just bought the truck a week ago, and they said that the error means there is a emissions leak somewhere in the system. They said it takes about 30 minutes to find and repair the leak. Personally, I think they are just going to use a handheld computer and reset the error, but I might be wrong. They said that there was no hurry for me to get the truck in right away, so long as the engine light is staying on. If the light starts flashing, they said to get my truck in ASAP.
Sorry Guys,
Dealer can't just reset the ecm. Well, he could, but chances are you have a wire that came loose from a solenoid, or a leak in a vent line somewhere. If he resets it and doesn't fix it, it will come right back on. I'm dealing with nearly the same thing on an olds I have right now. Take it to the dealer and get it fixed, unless you have a scanner and the "Factory service manual". A haynes manual doesn't give you near enough info to really trouble shoot some of the sensors because they have integral resistors wired in parallel with the solenoid coil so the ecm understands if the solenoid is actually on or off.
You have to know the correct ohm values for the coil to trouble shoot it. Besides, its under warranty.

Hey...check your gas caps and make sure that they're on tight and then pull the battery cables off to reset the pcm. If the gas cap isnt tight then it can cause an emissions leak but the engine will run just fine.
