on order. for some reason the housing says 'no HID' or something, can't understand why. any insight?

thanks for the comments guys! the mods are actually a couple weeks old. didn't get time to wash her up and take pics till yesterday. i'm not a fan of chrome, and always wanted to do a bunch of black.

EDIT: I'm getting lots of questions about painting the rims. I gotta give the credit to Off Road Teacher. His DIY is great. I followed it step by step and the rims turned out good. They aren't great because I messed up the last couple coats of clear and didn't get the coat as 'wet' as it should be, so there are some rough spots I need to sand down.

Some other specific questions I've gotten:
primer: follow his directions self etch then filler primer
sanding: you don't need to get every bit of chrome off, but need to at least scuff up every part. use 320 like his DIY says (DO NOT INHALE THAT STUFF WHEN YOU ARE SANDING!)
paint: I don't think Duplicolor makes a gloss black wheel paint, went to 5 stores and the flat was all I found. I used the flat black wheel paint , and turns gloss when you put clear over it.

No hint of chipping or anything. the filler primer even filled in some pretty nasty gouges I had in one wheel. All in all, its a PITA, but I should have done it a year ago.

Where is the rim painting DIY by offroad teacher?
