straight pipe that 5.9. It's a beast straight piped. I had a gibson supertruck on it. But of course the previous owner got the aluminized steel and it started rusting off so I pulled that thing off and straight piped now.

 

Straight pipes sound awful.


I have an Aero Turbine on my 5.2 and it's obnoxious when I lay into it (definitely turns heads) and mellow when cruising (long road trips are no problem) and you can't beat the sound, I replaced my 40 series with it and couldn't be happier, honestly I've heard a lot of V8s and it's my favorite, and not just because it's mine. Mines a side exit so keep in mind a rear exit will be quieter and smoother sounding.
