Default Brakes?

Its been a while. Im very busy person now. I am uconn student and with 2 jobs. More Benjamin! Alright, back to problem. When i was driving on rough road and approaching to stop sign downhill. I noticed the e brake light were blinking. I dont know what is going on. What should i look for?

I need to replace the brakes pads. Maybe rotors. I recall that someone on the board, He replaced his 04 1500 brakes with 06 brakes. He also said that there is big differences.

What pads should i get and i want less brake dust while having great stopping power?

Sorry if My language isnt that good because im tired from school.

i replaced the calipers on my 04 with calipers from an 07...less pedal travel and felt a little firmer....

ceramics have long been great pads for longevity and stopping power....i've heard some good things about EBC pads.....i had baer pads on my truck and they were great

just installed some Hawk LTS pads on mine. I like em alot. no noise, very little to no dust, and awesome stopping power. also, if you have never flushed out your brake fluid, that helped me out with pedal stiffness.

if your pads were that worn down and you were on a hill the the reason the e brake light was flickering is because the brake fluid is low and tripping the low indicator sensor in the reservoir wich is connected to the ebrake light as a warning to check your fluid level the only other two things that would cause it are if you had a hydraulic leak wich you would feel or if the ebrake pedal linkage was loose activating the switch.

I use AZ's C-max ceramic pads on both the front and rear. They are quiet, put out very little dust and are 60$ a set with LLT wnty.
