Default My Newest MOD!!! Niteshaded!

Due to family problems I have had my nephew for about three weeks and havent been able to do anything to my truck much less wash it. So this morning the wife was on the way to work and got sick (pregnancy) so i had to spend all morning in the emergency room while she got an IV... she was dehydrated. And my other son puked everywhere and turns out he had strep throat but anyways it was a belssing in disguise... since everyone is okay ... long story short i had a babysitter. So i decided to niteshade my tail lights. Heres the pics for your enjoyment!

Looks great and I'm not trying to slam the guys that do it, but is that legal?? I realize the light will shine through when your parking lights are on or when you step on the brake, but what about the reflectors that are a part of the lens? Do they still reflect when a light is shinned on them? I belive it is a DOT reg that you have to have the reflectors on the corners of the truck.

yes its legal if it meets the states requirements which most are they have to be visible from 500 ft away. if u think its too dark put silverstar bulbs in them and it will make them brighter. looks good though
