I just changed mine two weeks ago. You can use the old resevoir and pulley. It's pretty easy to swap. Autozone or advancedauto will have it. About $75-$85 with a $25 core charge. Bring the old one in and ask to borrow their pulley removal tool. Then borrow the pulley installer. When the pulley is on, put the old resevoir on And put it back on the truck. Do not try to hammer the pulley on. It will break the pump.

Im not sure if the 4.7 is the same as the 5.7 but i did mine a couple months back. I got mine at the dealership and it came with a much larger resevoir on it for $180. I hear nightmares about the remanufactured ones from the autoparts store.
